How do I submit my claim?
Enter your device's IMEI and upload your proof of purchase (POP) on the claim submission page. Once submitted, your claim will be reviewed for eligibility.
How long does it take to receive my gift?
Once your claim is approved, your gift will be dispatched within 30 days.
What if my claim is rejected?
If your claim is rejected, you will receive a notification with the reason for the rejection. You may be able to resubmit your claim if corrections are possible.
