Terms & Conditions
Subject to full compliance with these Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”), an individual over the age of 18 resident in the Republic of Ireland (an “Individual Participant”), who from 6th November 2025 to 22nd January 2026 for Samsung Galaxy S25 (“Promotional Period”) orders a new (i.e. not used or second hand) eligible device from Sky Mobile Ireland as listed at Table 1 below (“Promotion Products”) may be eligible to receive Samsung Galaxy Buds3, as set out at Table 1 below (“Reward”), subject to availability while supplies last and to the Participant’s full compliance with the Promotion Terms. Orders must be accompanied by a proof of purchase & device IMEI.
This promotion is being administered by Sky Mobile Ireland’s distribution partner Fónua Limited. (the “Promoter”)

- Participants may claim one Reward per each Promotional Product purchased from Sky Mobile Ireland.
- This Promotion is not available to anyone professionally connected with this Promotion.
- Following the dispatch of a Promotion Product purchased in accordance with the Promotion Terms, Participants must visit skymobileredemption.ie and complete the presented application form with the requested information and submit any required documents (including valid order confirmation or store receipt) (“Claim”). Claims can only be submitted after the delivery of a Promotional Product. Customers must claim within first 30 days of purchasing the device. Claims submitted for orders outside of the Promotional Period shall be considered invalid and not eligible for Reward. Participants shall receive an email confirming the validation of their claim (Claim Validation).
- Participants will receive an automated notification via email of the submission of their Claim. Claims may only be made online; postal claims shall not be accepted.
- This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction or combined with any other promotion.
- Subject to full compliance with these Promotion Terms, the Promoter shall dispatch rewards against valid claims, with customers receiving the Reward within 30 days post-claim validation.
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent, incomplete, altered or illegible Claims at its sole discretion.
- The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other failures outside our control that prevents participation.
- Participants who submit a Claim with incomplete information shall be notified via email and offered the opportunity to rectify omissions within five working days.
- Where a Participant does not receive an email confirming Claim Validation or an email requesting further information, it is their responsibility to contact the Promoter at support@skymobileredemption.ie within 28 working days. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
- Participants who cancel or return their Promotion Product will be disqualified. If the device is returned after a Claim, the Participant must inform the Promoter at support@skymobileredemption.ie.
- The Promoter reserves the right to take all reasonable action to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid Claims, including requiring further verification of order confirmations, receipts, identity, or other relevant details.
- The Promoter may withdraw, amend, or terminate the Promotion without notice. Rewards are limited and offered on a first come, first served basis. The Promoter may replace Rewards with items of equal or higher value in unforeseen circumstances.
- Personal information submitted in relation to this Promotion shall be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policies: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/privacy-hub-home and https://w3.fonua.com/privacy-notice/.
- The Promotion Administrator: Fónua Limited, Cairn House, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, County Dublin, manages the Promotion for Sky Mobile Ireland Limited. Claims must NOT be sent to this address.
- This Promotion shall be governed by the law of Ireland.
