Submit a Claim

You can submit your claim only within 30 days from the delivery of your device with a valid IMEI.

For IMEI: 

Your IMEI is a 15 digit number unique to your device. You can find your IMEI by dialing *#06# from your device.

For POP: 

A proof of purchase is a till receipt, screenshot of an online order confirmation or a dispatch docket. This must display the date of purchase and the product description.
