Promotion Terms & Conditions
Subject to full compliance with these Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”), an individual over the age of 18 resident in the Republic of Ireland (an “Individual Participant”), who from 22nd January 2025 to March 31st 2025 for the S25 series and from 14th February 2025 to 31st March 2025 for S24 (“Promotional Period”) orders a new (i.e. not used or second hand) eligible device from Sky Mobile Ireland as listed at Table 1 below (“Promotion Products”) may be eligible to receive a Samsung bundle, as set out at Table 1 below (“Reward”), subject to availability while supplies last and to the Participant’s full compliance with the Promotion Terms. Orders must be accompanied by a proof of purchase & device IMEI.
This promotion is being administered by Sky Mobile Ireland’s distribution partner Fónua Limited. (the “Promoter”)

- Participants may claim one Reward per each Promotional Product purchased from Sky Mobile Ireland.
- This Promotion is not available to anyone professionally connected with this Promotion.
- Following the dispatch of a Promotion Product purchased in accordance with the Promotion Terms, Participants must visit skymobileredemption.ie and complete the presented application form with the requested information and submit any required documents (including valid order confirmation or store receipt) (“Claim”). Claims can only be submitted after the delivery of a Promotional Product. Claims submitted for orders outside of the Promotional Period shall be considered invalid and not eligible for Reward. Participants shall receive an email confirming the validation of their claim (Claim Validation).
- Participants will receive an automated notification via email of the submission of their Claim. Claims may only be made online in accordance with section 3 above, postal claims shall not be accepted.
- This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction or combined with any other promotion.
- Subject to full compliance with these Promotion Terms, the Promoter shall dispatch Rewards against valid Claims after 30 days of Claim Validation.
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent, incomplete, altered or illegible Claims at its sole discretion.
- The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other failures outside our control that prevents the customer participating in the Promotion.
- Participants who submit a Claim with incomplete information shall be notified via email and offered the opportunity to rectify any omissions or missing information within five (5) working days of their Claim being submitted.
- Where the Participant does not receive an email confirming Claim Validation as per section 3 above, or an email requesting further information as per section 9, it is the Participant’s sole responsibility to contact the Promoter at support@skymobileredemption.ie. Failure to do so within twenty-eight (28) working days of Claim submission shall result in the related Claim being disqualified and the Participant being ineligible for Reward against the purchased Promotion Product.
- Participants who cancel their order and/or return their Promotion Product will be disqualified from participating in the Promotion. Where a Participant has returned any part of their Promotion Product after making a Claim they must inform the Promoter at support@skymobileredemption.ie.
- The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid Claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to order confirmation/store receipt, as well as the identity and other relevant details of a Participant.
- The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or terminate the Promotion without notice (with future effect). Rewards are subject to availability and are limited while stocks last. Rewards are to be provided on a first come first served basis, and this Promotion may be closed at the point where supplies of the Rewards have run out. The Promoter also reserves the right, but assumes no obligation to replace the Reward with another item of equivalent or higher value in the case of unforeseen circumstances.
- Personal information submitted by Participants in relation to this Promotion shall be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy which is available at https://www.sky.com/help/articles/privacy-hub-home. The policy of the Promoter is available at the following link https://w3.fonua.com/privacy-notice/ shall also apply in addition to the Promoter’s policies described above.
- The Administrator: Fónua Limited with registered office at: Cairn House South County Business Park Leopardstown County Dublin shall manage the Promotion on behalf of Sky Mobile Sky Ireland Limited, private company limited by shares, registered in Ireland under No. 547787. Registered address: Fifth Floor, One Burlington Plaza, Burlington Road, Dublin 4, D04RH96. Site operated by Fonua. (the “Promoter”), (please do not send any Claim applications or promotion related correspondence to this address as they will not be processed.)
- This Promotion shall be governed by the law of Ireland.
